🚲
Budapestről eljutni Marosvásárhelyre repülővel egy óra. Anglián, Ázsián, Dél-Amerikán át, időnként biciklivel, máskor kocsival, vonattal, gyalog, busszal, hajóval, kamionnal, komppal, traktorral, csónakkal, motorral, néha egyedül, de sosem teljesen egyedül, akár öt év is lehet. Az út a fontos, nem a cél. Szellemként közlekedek egy párizsi lakásban. Londonban rózsaszín pónik. A junky negyedben veled úszom át a csatornát. Körbebiciklizzük Délkelet-Ázsiát és Új-Zélandot. Nélküled stoppolok le mexikói kamionokat, nélküled lesz callaloo levéllel összefőtt zöldbanán a karácsonyi vacsorám, és nélküled írom újra a vadkemping szabályait. A boldogságot ne kívül keresd. Kipróbálom, amit Kolumbiában érdemes kipróbálni, Ecuadorban egy kichwa ünnepségen rázom, Peruban Tatával utazom, majd egészen közel kerülök a Göncölszekérhez. Nélküled. Az otthon benned van. Mire hazaérek, talán végre megszólal a telefonom. 🧭

István Grencsó and Tibor Szemző have been making music together from time to time for nearly forty years. Grencsó contributed to Szemző's Csoma Music projects, just as Szemző played a role in Grencsó's Dream Car album. Over the decades, they have performed together on numerous occasions. This concert is part of a series in which the two artists, performing as a duo, explore the possibilities of presence in the given moment. On this evening, in addition to the rich and diverse sounds of their instruments, they will also venture into the realms of literature and film.

ZEN, ZAZEN, MEDITATION

ZEN, ZAZEN, MEDITATION

Zen is a practice and a tool. Zen is a means of changing our consciousness and our fulfillment. By practicing Zen, we get rid of the confusion of our thoughts, the restlessness, the constant buzz that burdens our consciousness. Although Buddhism preserved this ancient practice in its purest form, Zen is not a religion. Zen is a practical path, a method that transcends all classification.

Viktor Pári has been practicing Zen meditation for more than eight years. Member of the One Drop Zen group in Hungary. He arrived at Posticum in 2021 and had an important role, when Imre Rencsik, the founder of the house, reorganized the hospitality with Niklaus Brantschen, a Swiss Jesuit monk, and started the Zen Hostel. Zen Hostel is run by Posticum and the One Drop Zen community. Every day in the morning and in the evening between 7 and 8:30 Viktor leads a Zen meditation in the house. Those interested can contact him in person, and he will give an introduction to beginners.

István „Taikyo“ Szaladják is the leader of the Hungarian One Drop Zen Community, and is a student of Zen master Taigen Shodo Harada. Béla Balázs award-winning feature film cameraman and director, previously taught at Budapest Metropolitan University. It was István Szaladják „Taikyo“ who brought Zen to the Posticum. Our artistic and spiritual advisor, our friend.

Taigen Shodo Harada Roshi is a Japanese Zen master and the leading master of the international sangha (Zen community) of One Drop Zen. His students have founded many One Drop communities around the world, which are in constant contact with him. Practitioners regularly visit Japan to further deepen their knowledge and experience at the Harada roshi monastery.
Since 2016, the roshi (i.e. master) has been regularly visiting and holding sesshin (retreats) at the Posticum.

POSTICUM JAZZTERRACE 2024:  MANTRA & JAZZ

The first concert of the jazzterrace opens the Posticum‘s 25th anniversary year!

start: 19:00 || admission: donation

EN
The program coincides with the last international sesshine (retreat) of Swiss Jesuit monk and Zen master Niklaus Brantschen. The Program is a big meeting. Sacred texts and ancient melodies meet jazz and the improvisations of the Zurich dancer Marianne Kaiser. As a farewell, we can hear some personal tips from Zen master Niklaus Brantschen: about meeting, arriving, and living life to the fullest.

The Jazz concerts on the Posticum terrace are with free entrance - Instead, we suggest our guests to make a donation of 25 RON for the social case of the teenager Vivien Kiraly (https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=756970056568888&set=a.432213729044524).

RO

EN
Búcsúzásul néhány személyes tippet hallhatunk Niklaus Brantschen zen mestertől: találkozásról, megérkezésről, a teljes életről.

A Posticum Jazzterasz koncertek ingyenesek. 25 lejes adományával Király Vivien súlyos műtétjét támogathatja  (https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=756970056568888&set=a.432213729044524).

April 5. – 7pm // ZEYLA’s SINGING CIRCLE

Friday
April 05., 7pm

ZEYLA’s SINGING CIRCLE

Hey beautiful Soul, Let’s play!
Vocea ta vrea să cânte, așa-i?

Circle Songs
Cantat solistic
Ritm si Body-percussion
Groove-uri a cappella
Playful songwriting
Jocuri muzicale
