Anikó Szokody has concertized throughout Europe, South America and the United States. During her career she has had the honor of studying and working with such distinguished performers as György Sebők, János Starker, Pia Sebastiani, and many others.

Éva Németh, cellist specializing in oratorio and orchestral repertoire. Throughout her career, she has also worked as a recognized expert, for example serving as a member of the cello jury at the 2017 Brahms International Music Competition in Austria.

The names Klára Hajdu and Milán Szakonyi may sound familiar to both jazz and pop music enthusiasts.
Klára is one of the most prominent singers, songwriters, and teachers in the Hungarian jazz scene. The songs of her 17-year-old, double Fonogram-nominated quartet are played on radio stations from Europe to Mexico and streamed by fans in more than 30 countries.
Milán is one of Hungary's most distinctive vocalists, who, in addition to having sung for 10 years in the Fonogram Award-winning Balázs Elemér Group, is also a key figure in the Hungarian popular music scene. He performs and records with Boggie and Áron Romhányi.

The duo's unique style blends delicate acoustic music with tasteful elements of pop and jazz.
They have been performing together for nine years and have sung in Munich, London, Canada, and even the United States.
Their first joint composition, "You're Gonna Rise," caught the attention of the music industry and was selected among the Top 30 songs of "A Dal 2019", while their song "Ne nézz vissza" was nominated for the Fonogram Hungarian Music Award.

For this festive concert, the pair will perform their own songs along with their favourite Christmas tunes, accompanied by guitar and looper.

Three nights of live music, soul, and summer atmosphere - in the heart of Oradea

This July, Posticum invites you to a weekend full of rhythm, emotion, and world-class live music. Over three evenings, jazz and blues will fill the air - indoors at Jazzland and open-air on the beautiful Posticum Terrace.

🟣 Night One - Friday | 18 July 2025
The weekend will open in the intimate atmosphere of Jazzland at 19:00, with a special performance by István Gyárfás & Luiza Zan, accompanied by the Báder-Oliver-JAZZLAND Trio.
The evening will then continue under the stars on the Posticum Terrace, where the music and summer air come together.

🔵 Night Two - Saturday | 19 July 2025
At 19:00, Nenad Zlatanović will take the stage at Jazzland, bringing expressive rhythms and a distinctive blues sound.
After a short break, the night will carry on outside with a powerful live performance by Little G Weevil on the Posticum Terrace.

🟢 Night Three - Sunday | 20 July 2025
The weekend will conclude with a full open-air concert at 20:00, featuring the legendary BEGA BLUES BAND - a fitting finale filled with soul, groove, and the spirit of true blues.

István Grencsó and Tibor Szemző have been playing together from time to time for over forty years. Grencsó was a contributor to Szemző's Csoma Szemző music, as Szemző was a contributor to Grencsó's Dream Car album, and they have performed together in many performances over the decades. The current concert is part of a series in which the two duo performers capture the potential of the moment in a duo formation. In this evening, they will explore the rich and varied sounds of their instruments, as well as literature and film.

Little G Weevil is an International Blues Challenge Winner, USA Blues Music Award nominee and two time Blues Blast Music Award Nominee singer, songwriter, guitarist, lyricist, storyteller, and producer with nine highly acclaimed albums under his belt. His compositions are heavily influenced by southern blues sounds. Gee is a proud honorary lifetime membership recipient of the Atlanta Blues Society. He is endorsed by Peavey.

Gee's music career took off on Beale Street in Memphis, Tennessee, where he regularly performed at Blues City Cafe under the stage name Little G Weevil. His first solo recordings were produced in Memphis. In 2009 he moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he has been based until recently. During his career he performed over 2000 shows in 22 countries, including here in Oradea.

Young, talented and driven guitarist who plays a wide range of styles, from pop to jazz and from blues to fusion. Started playing guitar at the age of 13, developed quickly and was soon asked to join in different bands and projects. Started teaching guitar at the age of 20. Creative mind, adventurous soul.

Over the years, Cristian Copaciu has participated at various jazz and blues festivals, relevant being: Brașov Jazz Festival 2020, Brezoi Blues Festival, Brăila Blues & Jazz Festival, Tușnad Gastro Blues Festival 2020 etc. Besides this jazz area fusion and blues, Cristi had the opportunity to collaborate in the maintenance area.

The Budapest-based Symbiosis 5 plays instrumental jazz. The members of the quintet met within the walls of the Liszt Ferenc University of Music and the Béla Bartók Conservatory, and all of them are active members of the Hungarian jazz scene. Since the band was formed in 2020, they won the first places of the "Getxo Jazz" and Sibiu Jazz" competitions, and both of the main prizes of the 2023 edition of "MÜPA Jazz Showcase". Their music is heavily influenced by modal jazz, but due to the young age and diverse interests of the quintet members, they also employ many other stylistic elements.

Drummer and composer Balázs Bágyi is one of the most respected musicians of the Hungarian jazz scene today, working internationally, leading his own bands over the last two decades. Being a member of different bands he creates music almost in all genres, his unique melodic style of playing the drums gives a complex musical experience. He has toured the USA several times, and he is the only Hungarian jazz musician who regularly plays in China. His previous quartet, existed from 2004 - 2011, was a very important band on the Hungarian ethno-jazz a world music scene. The music of his new quartet contains less of the folk background but sounds like today's pure acoustic jazz based on post bop elements.
