INTERNAL PATHS - CĂI INTERIOARE - INTERIAL PATHS

A HANG - vibration.
It flows into your body through your ears and skin.
The vibrations produced by the singing bowls release tension, have a pain-relieving effect on the physical and energetic body, harmonize, and initiate self-healing processes.
Each sound bath is a journey through time and space into the most hidden corners of ourselves, in the infinite realm of sound.
During the sound bath and individual therapy, feelings, memories, inner images can come up, vibrations can find our weak points, bring up, and maybe even strengthen our present emotions. But by the end of the treatment, they are released, cleared/smoothed and harmonised.
and thus also serve our healing.
Group sound baths are recommended for those who are physically and mentally exhausted, suffering from physical symptoms caused by stress, but also for those who simply want to rest and relax.

 

SUNETUL - este o vibrație.
Pătrunde în corpul nostru prin urechi și piele. Vibrațiile generate de bolurile sonore ameliorează tensiunea, aduc armonie și au efecte analgezice asupra corpului fizic dur și cel subtil, declanșând astfel procese de auto-vindecare.
Fiecare baie sonoră este o călătorie în timp și spațiu spre cele mai ascunse colțișoare ale ființei noastre, pe tărâmul infinit al sunetelor.
În timpul unei sesiuni de baie sonoră, respectiv a unei terapii individuale, pot apărea sentimente, amintiri sau imagini interioare. Vibrațiile ne pot găsi punctele vulnerabile, ni le pot scoate la suprafață amplificân-ne senzațiile. Însă până la sfârșitul sesiunii, acestea se dizolvă, se clarifică generând armonia care servește vindecării noastre pe toate planurile.
Băile sonore de grup sunt recomandate persoanelor care se simt epuizate atât la nivel fizic cât și la nivel mental, celor care se confruntă cu diferite simptome cauzate de stres, dar și celor care doresc pur și simplu să se odihnească să se relaxeze.


The SOUND - is a vibration.
It penetrates our body through our ears and skin. The vibrations generated by the sound bowls (or singing bowls) releases tension, bring harmony and has soothing effect on the physical body, both hard and subtle, thus enabling auto healing processes.
Each sound bath is a journey in time and space to the most hidden parts of our being, in the endless space of sounds.
During a sound bath session, respectively during an individual session, feelings, memories or internal images may appear.
Vibrations can locate our vulnerable points and bring them to the surface amplifying our sensations. But these will dissipate towards the end of the session, will get clarified generating the harmony that will help our healing on all levels.
The group sound baths are recommended for people who feel exhausted both physically and mentally, for people who struggle with different symptoms due to stress but also for people who just want to rest and relax.

Family Circle - self-awareness workshop

Our lives were given to us by our parents. They gave us so many experiences, both visible and invisible, which we often repeat unconsciously. Awareness of these patterns can lead to healing of our physical and mental difficulties.
The themes brought by the participants will be explored through drama and family production.
