Proiectul este un restaurant temporar, condus de grup beneficiar cu ajutorul unui buc\u0103tar \u0219ef \u0219i al unui mentor profesionist. Cei care sunt deschi\u0219i s\u0103 se familiarizeze cu \"gazdele\" proiectului vor fi surprin\u0219i s\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2lneasc\u0103 chipurile \u0219i s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 pove\u0219tile unice din spatele conceptelor abstracte.
