Sometimes we don\u2019t even realize how much emotional baggage we carry around. We don\u2019t even realize that the barrel fills up over the years, until we finally feel: \u201cI often don\u2019t understand why I reacted like this,\u201d \u201cI don\u2019t want to continue like this anymore,\u201d or \u201cHow can I get out of this pit?\u201d<\/p>

Our soul often finds loopholes to bring past and unprocessed problems to the surface and draws attention to itself in the form of a variety of symptoms: our relationships don\u2019t work, we suffer from anxiety or panic, we feel incomplete and we constantly beat ourselves up with self-criticism, lack of self-confidence, and the pressure to perform, we no longer feel connected to ourselves, as if we have lost ourselves and are dissatisfied, we burn out inside and feel like we have run out of energy. We develop physical complaints, pain, or even illnesses. And we create all kinds of other dramas\u2026<\/p>
